At quarter to nine o'clock in the evening, in a small clearing in the middle of a large, dark, cedar swamp, a white-tailed deer finds a wildlife camera mounted to a tree. Undaunted, less than a minute after being momentarily startled by the clicking and flashing of a camera, the deer has turned its attention to a tasty sapling growing in this tiny opening in the forest canopy.
